Just a bit about his history:

He was born on the outskirts of Central city, in a town named Lawbridge. He's the third of 4 brothers, sons of a military family. He lived with his brothers and his mother till his father was assigned to Briggs, but now he lives in a housing for militaries, next to central command.
He became a State Alchemist when he was 18, is the first of the family in obtain the title of State Alchemist, and now his youger brother is studing to become an State Alchemist too.
The oldest brother, Julian is died; the second oldest, Lucian, is chief of communications in East city; the youngest, Alan, studies in the same institute than Miragge.
Emilian is a subordinate of Miyu's Uncle, Maurice.
He has not an specialty alchemy, but tends to use water more than other things.

Personality:

-Silent, usually frowning, sighs a lot, hates noisy places and people that talks a lot. But is very romantic, and protects to the woman no matter what happens, habit that has from his house with his mother, since his father went to Briggs.
-Sexist: for him, the women must be in the house and the men working hard till the end of the days.
-Jealous: with persons and things
-Cleaning obsessive: He tends to take a bath twice daily.
-He likes all ANIMALS, specially the birds and the dogs. He loves open fields.
-Loves sweet things, hates coffee.
-Perversion percentage: 79%, but he hides it perfectly. He has a special pervy tic too.
-Very sensitive to smells.
-Loves loli-girls, but hates air head girls.

Well, ok, my second FMA OC. He will be one of the main characters of my doujin. He came out really cute , and to be honest, this is the first time I draw him. Till this day, he has been living just in my mind.

As I said in the profile of Miyu, I can say just that, because if I say more about Emilian, the doujin will have no sense. SO don't bother me with "Oh, but he is too much" or "He needs to be more or less". I said NO, no more info. Maybe he has more info than Miyu, but the most important thing of his story is not here.

By the way, this person really exists, Emiliano Maestre, he was a mate that I had in highschool, just 1 year, and to be honest, I hated him a lot by moths and moths. I just took some of his appearance and personality traits cause even he was really unbearable, he was a very particular person too.
