It was supposed to be part of a Halloween pic (more like chibi set) that I didn't finish in time, so I'll take this chance to make this gift for myself 8D

:heart: Mew Mew Mira because my lil baby would be so happy wearing a costume like that for Halloween, that combines the 2 things she loves the most: cutesy and cats.

Also, this is her FMA 03 pallet o3o/
I made a remake of hers and some other of my OCs, because I'm having a conflict between the pallets of my charas and the BGs I make 8'D SO yeah, I'll need them
