The history of woman drs in Germany is a bit more Complex

Dorothea Erxleben was tecnicaly the first german female Docter she was trained at home due to a special dispensation by Frederick the Great (then King) In January 1754 she submitted her dissertation titled "Treatise on Academische too swift and pleasant, but so often uncertain cure the diseases" one. On 6 May the same year she appeared in the doctoral examination hall, which she completed with great success
Josepha von Siebold (1771–1849), was the first credentialled midwife in Germany.

In 1814 Charlotte Heidenreich von Siebold presented the Grand Ducal Medicinal College in Darmstadt from the examination as midwife and could exercise from then on obstetrics. 1817 PhD in her casting to work About the ectopic pregnancy and ectopic pregnancy in particular for "doctor of obstetrics". Shes considered the first female DR in germany

Dorothea Schlözer (Philosophy, 1787 [without a doctoral dissertation]), Sofya Kovalevskaya (Mathematics, 1874), Julia Lermontowa (Chemistry, 1874), Margaret Maltby ( Physical Chemistry , 1895), all in Göttingen , and Catherine Windscheid (Philosophy, 1895 in Heidelberg ), Elsa Neumann (Physics, 1899 in Berlin ) and Clara Immerwahr (Chemistry, 1900 in Breslau ) were other women who received a doctorate degree (doctor as a level of expertise not as in they where drs)

, Hope Bridges Adams Lehmann was the first woman in Germany who completed her medical studies as an auditor with a state exam. Her degree in Leipzig in 1880, was not officially recognized. Then she completed her doctorate in Bern and received 1881 in Dublin, the British approval . and was the first nurse practitioner and gynecologist Munich.
On 20 April 1899, women in the German Empire were for the first time officially admitted to the state examinations in medicine, dentistry and pharmacy. Dr. phil. Barbara Renz said to have been the first woman, whose doctoral degree, which she had purchased in Rome in 1902 in the Kingdom of Bavaria was recognized.
The vast majority of guest students attended the Friedrich-Wilhelms-University of Berlin

the Grand Duchy of Baden was the first German state to make full access to higher education possible for woman. By a decree in 28 February 1900,
Rahel Straus , born Goitein studied, in May 1900 as the first woman at the Medical Faculty of the University of Heidelberg (one of the universitys opened to woman by decree in 1900 and graduated in 1907) Many of the early university attendees were jewish)
On 16 May 1904 the state of Württemberg king issued a decree that "rich nationals females may study in same conditions and in the same way as males at Tuebingen University" .
At the Universities of Prussia female medical students were first admitted in the winter semester of 1908 / 1909th

In 1913, about 8% of all students were female, and 1930, this proportion increased to about 16%

Now Then Try as I might I cannot seem to find any evidence of German female surgeons. However I DO know that woman where just starting to break into this field in the 1970s in America.
As for genetics…. I could not find any female geneticists before the 1940s… But if you truly wish to make Meta a geneticists you should know that a lot of what counted as genetics at that time was hogwash about superior and inferior races.
Now onto the age question. Of the two earliest female MDs one was 29 the other was 27
The Weimar republic had structured schooling through age 18
There is no way someone will become a dr in two years It would be dangerous
I know you say meta is a prodigy. But Pretty much all these woman where prodigies.
I know Meta’s Family where DRs. I am taking that into account. Both my parents are DRs and both had a DR father. One even had a DR mother too.
My parents where in a special accelerated program leading to 7 years of med school (while most people do 8) the others in the accelerated program took 6 years (my parents didn’t due to dad changing the type of dr he wanted to be for research to clinical) and mom getting really sick for awhile) both graduated at 25. (that in and of itself is extradenary) Then they had to do residency (where you study the particular specialty you want to have) My mom took 7 years of that my dad took 6. (mom switched because she couldn’t handle watching babies die)

Just so you know it would be impossible for an English family to move to Germany in 1915
World war I was going on in 1915 England and Germany where on opposite sides of the fight. there would be no way anyone in Germany would allow an English family to move in around then.
Also her Relatives being Nazi drs could not happen since Nazism was illegal in 1915
